Today we thought we'd share a healthy treat, that we have made often during this covid shutdown, moist and chewy banana chocolate chip oat cookies. They are the perfect use for a couple ripe bananas and they use minimal ingredients.
Source Skinny Taste
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed (a couple tablespoons of peanut butter is a good idea too)
- 1 cup of uncooked oats
- 1/4 cup chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a cookie sheet.
Combine the mashed bananas and oats in a bowl. Stir in the chocolate chips. Using a large scoop, drop onto the cookie sheet.
Bake approx 15-20 minutes.
