Cranberry Apple Crisp

  • 4 c fresh cranberries 
  • 6 c apples, chopped 
  • 3/4 c sugar 
  • 2 sticks butter, melted 
  • 3/4 c brown sugar 
  • 2/3 c flour 
  • 3 c oats
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 c pecans, chopped 
  • Vanilla ice cream for serving 
Preheat oven to 325°

Stir first three ingredients together and place in 9 x 13 casserole. Mix next six ingredients together and pour over cranberry mixture. Stir. Top with pecans. Bake for 1 hour.
