  • 100g Water
  • 80g Milk
  • 20g Molasses
  • 160g Bread or all-purpose flour
  • 100g Dark rye flour 
  • 5g Salt
  • 15g Olive oil
  • 10g Caraway seeds 
  • 10g Sunflower seeds 
  • 10g Almond slivers
  • 10g Sesame seeds, toasted (preferably black)
