Jessica’s Chili
1 lb ground turkey or beef
1 onion, diced
1 bell pepper, chunked
1-2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp beef broth paste
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
28 oz tomato sauce
14 oz diced tomatoes
14 oz black beans, drained
Brown veggies and meat - add spices and remaining ingredients. Simmer 1 1/2 hours. Top with shredded cheese, Greek yogurt, diced avocado and tortilla chips or crackers.
