Peanut Butter Oat Balls

 

  • 1 ½ cups oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ⅓ cup honey
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup dried fruit or nuts (optional mix-in)


  1. In a medium bowl, combine the oats, peanut butter, honey, chocolate chips, and dried fruit or nuts (if using).
  2. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed and forms a sticky dough.
  3. Scoop and roll into small balls (about 1–1½ tablespoons each).
  4. Place on a parchment-lined plate or tray and refrigerate for at least 20–30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for longer storage.
