Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a 9-inch skillet, pie plate, or square baking dish.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the baking mix with a small amount of the milk, stirring until smooth.
- Add the eggs and remaining milk.
- Beat for 2–3 minutes, or until well blended.
- Stir in the add-ins and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake uncovered for 40–45 minutes, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
