Cranberry Pie

 


  • 1 uncooked piecrust
  • 12 ounce package of fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or brown sugar
  • 2/3 cup walnuts, toasted, chopped
  • Orange, zested and 1 Tbsp juice
Place prepared piecrust in baking dish. Set aside.

Chop cranberries, add in raisins, walnuts, and remaining ingredients. Spoon into piecrust.

Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Cover edges of pastry with foil and bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes. Cool.
