Korean Bulgogi Rice Bowls

 

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar firmly packed
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onion
  • 2 cups prepared jasmine rice, avocado, arugula, prepared broccoli, optional 

Instructions

  • Brown ground beef in large skillet, drain well. 
  • In the small mixing bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, sesame seeds, sesame oil, garlic, crushed red pepper flakes and ginger. 
  • Add sauce into browned meat. 
  • Serve hot over rice and top with green onions, avocado and broccoli or arugula.
