Ingredients
- ½ cup (120 g) buttermilk

- ⅓ cup (80 g) aged balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) Dijon mustard

- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
- Add the buttermilk, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, Dijon mustard, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper to a mason jar.
- Blend or shake vigorously until smooth and well combined.
- Taste and adjust the salt and pepper as needed.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
- Shake or stir well before each use.
