- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar, or serve with syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup butter, melt in pan
- Powdered sugar for serving
Preheat oven to 425°. Mix batter in blender until smooth, melt butter in 9x13 pan in the oven just until melted, pour batter into the pan. Bake and watch puff into golden perfection.
