  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla or almond 
  • 1 cup all purpose flour 
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup sugar, or serve with syrup
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter, melt in pan
  • Powdered sugar for serving 
Preheat oven to 425°. Mix batter in blender until smooth, melt butter in 9x13 pan in the oven just until melted, pour batter into the pan. Bake and watch puff into golden perfection.
