Italian Dressing
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon honey or granulated sugar
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon dried thyme, optional
- ⅛ teaspoon crushed red pepper
- ¾ teaspoon fine sea salt
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
In a high-sided container, combine all ingredients and shake to combine.
