Peanut Butter Fantasy Fudge

  • 3 cups sugar 
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 5 1/3 oz can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter plus 2 tbsp
  • 7 oz marshmallow creme 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
Prep: Butter 8 x 8 pan, pre-measure peanut butter, remove internal seal from marshmallow creme jar and have all ingredients at hand. 

Combined sugar, butter, and milk in quart sauce pan; bring to rolling boil, stirring constantly. Continue boiling 5 minutes over medium heat stirring constantly to prevent scorching. Remove from heat; stir in peanut butter until melted. Add marshmallow creme and vanilla; beat until well blended. Pour into pan. Cool at room temperature; cut into squares.
