Cast Iron Sourdough Crispy Parmesan Herb
Preheat 450 oven 15 minutes, pour small amount oil in cast iron and add 3/4 cup starter with garlic salt and dried herbs. Quickly rotate the pan to spread in middle and swirl.
Bake 10-12 mins. Remove and top with shredded cheese. Finally broil on low 1-2 minutes.
