- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 small boxes (3.4 ounces each) cream cheese instant pudding mix
- 3 cups cold milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
Instructions
Prepare the Pan
- Line a 9×13-inch dish with a layer of graham crackers (about 9 full sheets), breaking them as needed to fit.
Make the Filling
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
- Add the cream cheese instant pudding mix and 3 cups of cold milk. Beat until smooth and thickened.
- In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
Assemble the Cake
- Spread half of the cream mixture over the graham crackers.
- Add a layer of sliced strawberries.
- Arrange another layer of graham crackers over the strawberries.
- Spread the remaining cream mixture evenly on top.
- Finish with a final layer of sliced strawberries.
Chill
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, preferably overnight.
- The graham crackers will soften into a cake-like texture as the dessert chills.
- Slice and serve cold.
