or 4 pounds bone-in chicken thighs - 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F for boneless chicken thighs. Line a 13 × 18-inch baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lightly coat with nonstick cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, vegetable oil, lemon juice, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Toss until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Marinate for 1–4 hours.
- Arrange the chicken in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Drizzle any remaining oil and seasoning mixture from the bowl over the chicken.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken thighs.
- Continue baking for 10–12 minutes more, or until the thickest part reaches an internal temperature of 175°F.
For Bone-In Chicken Thighs
- Increase oven temperature to 450°F.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes total, or until the internal temperature reaches 175°F.
- Broil 1-2 minutes to crisp skin, if needed.
